katies church is located near hughesville (i know how to get there is i drive) this church is now abandoned. but the rumor was that a long long time ago a girl named Katie (go firgure) hung herself in the churchyard after she caught her fiance cheating on her. she was the first person burried in the cemetary there too. however i have friends that actually are related to katie and that is not true. the true story is that her younger cousin also named katie came down with small pox or something and died and she was the first person that was burried there. but people have said they have seen her wandering around there too.
